1. General Cancellation Terms
We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly through our website, by email, or by phone.
2. Free Cancellation Period
- Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
3. Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made between 1 and 21 days before arrival will incur a fee equal to 100% of the deposit amount.
- If no deposit has been collected, the equivalent amount will be charged.
4. No-Show Policy
- In case of no-show, the hotel will retain 100% of the deposit or charge the first night (depending on the reservation terms).
5. Early Departure
- If a guest shortens their stay after arrival, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged.
6. Modifications
- Reservation changes (dates or room type) are subject to availability.
- Rate differences may apply depending on the season and room category.
7. Overbooking Protection
In the rare case of overbooking, the hotel will:
- Provide alternative accommodation of similar or higher standard at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund of the deposit if relocation is not possible or not desired by the guest.
